The hotel is a great choice for families, offering super nice rooms that meet expectations. However, the rooms are small and only accommodate one person at a time, and there were no pillows for the pull-out sofa.
When we first arrived and found barf on a pillow, I was a bit taken aback, but the room turned out to be so comfy with plenty of space to move around. It was perfect, nice, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable – everything was great. The service by the night front desk staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful in many ways, very very friendly. The location was convenient with fast food and a grocery store in walking distance, even though the surroundings were a bit messy with garbage and other undesirable items. The dining experience, unfortunately, was awful after a long day of travel, with the unorganized setup and lackluster quality of food. Overall, the hotel provided clean and spacious rooms, superb service, and a convenient location, but fell short in the dining department.
The hotel offers a spacious suite with L-shaped pull-out couches but had blood on the carpet claiming it was from shampooing. The air conditioning units were a plus. The service was friendly and outgoing but there were concerns about the maintenance schedule rumored to end at 4 pm. The dining experience provided more than just a continental breakfast but lacked variety. Overall a cozy stay but with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are outdated and not comfortable, but the staff is polite. The breakfast has limited choices, but there are cookies upon arrival. The location is perfect, especially for plane spotting. Overall, the hotel could use better upkeep, but it's close to the airport.
During our two and a half week trip, the hotel rooms were clean but they refused to give a receipt, which was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was very good, close to both the Chinook Mall and Crossiron outlet mall. The dining experience was good, but the warm food like omelet and sausages got depleted quickly. Overall, a decent place with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were really nice, especially for the price, although they looked like they had been trashed and could use a good deep clean. The service was a mix with some fantastic interactions, especially with the Indian lady, but also some less friendly encounters where they hardly said three words to me. The location was excellent, right beside Tim Hortons and McDonalds, super easy to get to, but unfortunately covered in garbage, cigarette butts, and dog poop. The dining experience was pretty basic but helps you get on your way to your travels or day.
